We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Sc. degree to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This role focuses on contributing to the development and enhancement of innovative agricultural products, ensuring they meet market needs and quality standards. You will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring new solutions to life and improve existing offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of new agricultural products, from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct market research and technical feasibility studies for potential product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze product performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the troubleshooting of product-related issues and develop effective solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in agricultural science.
