Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Head to lead our product strategy and development within the Indian Railways sector. The Product Head will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful launch and lifecycle management of our railway-related products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market needs and company objectives in the Indian Railways industry.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps, working closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
Manage product P&L, pricing strategies, and profitability.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the Indian Railways sector.
Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team.
