Product Head

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Product Head to lead our product strategy and development within the manufacturing and production sector. The Product Head will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful launch and growth of our product portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, emerging technologies, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and market research to development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the manufacturing industry.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories, prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact.
• Drive product innovation by exploring new technologies and solutions relevant to smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
• Manage product P&L, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product management team.
