Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Head with 3-4 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Vijayawada. As a Product Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the product vision for our agricultural technology solutions. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development and launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and roadmap for our agri-tech platforms, aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify product opportunities and unmet needs.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on products based on data insights.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and feasibility.
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in agriculture and technology.
