Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Industrial Equipment division. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our industrial machinery portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the industrial equipment landscape, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends in the industrial equipment sector.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements based on market insights, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
