Product Manager (B.Sc Required) - 1-3 Yrs Exp - Gurgaon

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy for our clinical research solutions, ensuring they meet market needs and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative products that enhance clinical trial efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and trends in the clinical research space.

Define product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps based on market insights and business objectives.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.

Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Support marketing and sales teams with product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to iterate on existing products and identify areas for improvement.

Monitor product performance and key metrics, reporting on progress and identifying actionable insights.
