Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Manager - Cards to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Com degree and a keen interest in product development within the financial services sector, specifically focusing on card products. You will work closely with product teams to understand market needs, contribute to product strategy, and support the launch and management of card-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new card products and features.
- Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, technology, legal) to gather requirements and ensure smooth product delivery.
- Help in defining product specifications, user stories, and release plans.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of product documentation and training materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the cards and payments space.
