Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Support the product team in defining product requirements and user stories for new features and enhancements related to payment cards and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
