Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a strong design background (M.Des) to join our team in Nagpur. This role will focus on developing and managing product strategies within the insurance domain, with a specific emphasis on integrating our electronic components and semiconductor solutions. You will bridge the gap between market needs, technological capabilities, and business objectives to drive product innovation and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the insurance technology landscape, particularly concerning embedded electronics.
* Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for insurance-related products, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
* Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering and design teams.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design (M.Des background emphasis), marketing, sales, and legal to ensure successful product development and launch.
* Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
* Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and marketing collateral.
* Monitor product performance and customer feedback, iterating on products to improve user experience and market fit.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in both the semiconductor and insurance sectors.
* Utilize design thinking principles to create intuitive and user-centric product experiences.
