Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategic direction of our insurance product offerings within the defence and aerospace sector. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our insurance solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients in this specialized industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for insurance products tailored to the defence and aerospace industry.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in defence and aerospace insurance.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
- Translate customer needs and market requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including pricing, features, and benefits.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement.
