Product Manager - Insurance

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our insurance product offerings within the real estate sector. This role will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, defining product roadmaps, and driving the successful launch and growth of insurance solutions that complement our core real estate business and provide added value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance landscape, real estate market dynamics, and a proven track record in product management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for new insurance products and services within the real estate context.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories for insurance products, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, legal, technology).
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Work closely with insurance partners and underwriters to design and price relevant insurance solutions (e.g., home insurance, property insurance, construction insurance).
- Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on products to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices for insurance products.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and inform product development decisions.
