Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Loans product suite. You will be responsible for understanding merchant needs, market opportunities, and driving the development of innovative loan products that cater to the underserved MSME segment in India. This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, credit products, and a passion for solving real-world problems for small businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Loans product portfolio, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities for product innovation.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on products to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices for lending products.
