Product Manager - Loans

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our innovative loan products. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of financial services within the agricultural sector, leveraging technology and data to create seamless and accessible lending solutions for farmers and agri-businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, roadmap, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for loan products, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on products to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in fintech and agricultural finance.
