Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and strategic direction of our loan products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the lending ecosystem, a passion for building innovative financial solutions, and the ability to translate market needs into successful product roadmaps. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our loan offerings within the BPM space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for loan products, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify product enhancements and new feature development.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions for product optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the lending and BPM sectors.
