Product Manager - Loans

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our loan products within the IT services domain. This role is crucial for driving innovation and growth in our financial services offerings, specifically focusing on loan management solutions for our corporate clients. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and iteration, ensuring our products meet evolving market needs and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for loan management solutions, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing features.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes for engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and legal to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure product performance, user engagement, and business impact.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices in the lending and financial services sector.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members.
