Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience in product management, specifically within the financial services or lending domain, to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial products, particularly loans, and a B.Com degree. You will be instrumental in defining, developing, and launching innovative loan products that cater to the needs of our diverse customer base, contributing to the growth and success of our financial services arm.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the loan product market.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing loan products.
Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for development teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and compliance to ensure successful product development and launch.
Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact.
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features to improve user experience and achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Prepare product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market plans.
