Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Product Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an M.A. degree to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on developing and managing innovative loan products within the healthcare and life sciences sector. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of financial solutions for our diverse customer base, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new loan products in the healthcare and life sciences domain.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product offerings to drive user satisfaction and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure the financial viability and regulatory adherence of loan products.
- Present product strategies and performance updates to senior management.
- Analyze loan application data to identify trends and areas for product improvement.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support marketing and sales efforts for new product launches.
