Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager with a background in law to join our growing team in Kochi. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related field, possessing a strong understanding of legal frameworks, particularly in financial products. You will be instrumental in developing and managing loan products for our aviation-related services, ensuring compliance and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the product lifecycle for loan products tailored to the aviation industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements, with a keen eye on legal and compliance aspects.
Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and marketing teams to define product features, specifications, and go-to-market strategies.
Ensure all loan products adhere to relevant Indian laws, regulations, and compliance standards, working closely with legal counsel.
Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, terms and conditions, and legal disclosures.
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product offerings to improve user experience and business outcomes.
Provide legal and product expertise to internal stakeholders and support sales and customer service teams.
