Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a Master's in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in product management, specifically within the medical devices and equipment industry. You will be instrumental in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and driving the development of innovative healthcare solutions that meet the needs of the Indian market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, user-centric design principles, and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for medical devices, aligning with market needs and business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
Translate user needs and design concepts into detailed product specifications for engineering and development teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing, throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategies, training materials, and sales enablement.
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features and improvements.
Ensure product compliance with relevant regulatory standards and quality requirements.
