Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to drive the development and growth of new digital banking products and features. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital offerings, enhancing customer experience, and achieving business objectives within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on products to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Stakeholder management and communication across various departments.
