Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our innovative product offerings within the IT services domain. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the ability to translate them into successful product strategies. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business objectives and delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
- Develop and execute product launch plans, working with marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features.
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders across the organization.
