Product Manager - Pharma

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our pharmaceutical sector-focused facility management solutions. This role will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring our services meet the unique and stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, including compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the product roadmap for facility management solutions tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities within the pharma sector.
* Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
* Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
* Ensure all product offerings comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA guidelines) and industry standards.
* Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
* Develop pricing and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
* Act as a subject matter expert for pharmaceutical facility management needs.
