Product Manager - Pharma

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our Pharma education vertical. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature set for our offerings targeting pharmaceutical students and professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharma industry, educational product development, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Unacademy's Pharma vertical, aligning with company goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and unmet needs within the pharma education space.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, content, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Prioritize product features and backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on products to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in both education and the pharmaceutical sector.
