Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our pharmaceutical product initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving the strategy, development, and launch of new pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and a proven track record in product management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for pharmaceutical offerings.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Define product roadmaps, features, and specifications based on market insights and business goals.
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization and post-launch evaluation.
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.
