Product Manager - Pharma (3-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Product Manager with a background in pharmaceutical sciences to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the pharma industry and their Doctorate/PhD to drive the development and strategic direction of innovative financial products and services tailored for the pharmaceutical sector. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between healthcare and finance, identifying unmet needs, and translating them into commercially viable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and compliance, to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis specifically within the pharmaceutical and healthcare financial services landscape.

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the bank's business objectives and the needs of the pharma sector.

Translate complex pharmaceutical requirements and trends into clear product specifications and user stories for development teams.

Collaborate with business development and sales teams to identify new market opportunities and client segments within the pharma industry.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, adoption, and iteration.

Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and achieve business goals.
