We are seeking a motivated Product Manager - Pharma with 3-4 years of experience and a Diploma to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for driving the development and management of our pharmaceutical product portfolio within the fitness and wellness domain. You will be instrumental in understanding market needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful launch and lifecycle management of our healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical and wellness sectors.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop product requirements and specifications, ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
- Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategies and sales enablement.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present product-related reports and updates to senior management.
