We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager - Pharma with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive product strategy. While a formal graduation degree is not a prerequisite, a proven track record and relevant experience in product management within the pharma sector are essential.
Role Summary:
The Product Manager - Pharma will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our pharmaceutical product portfolio. This includes market research, product development, strategic planning, and ensuring successful product launches and ongoing market performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and market trends in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps and strategies, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure timely product development and launch.
- Manage product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement improvements.
- Create compelling product documentation, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in the pharmaceutical domain.
- Effectively communicate product plans, benefits, and technical information to internal and external stakeholders.
