Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our product lifecycle, from development to launch and beyond. You will work closely with product managers, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to streamline processes, gather insights, and drive product success in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the product team in defining and executing product roadmaps.
- Manage and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches and updates.
- Gather and analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product operations efficiency.
- Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to products.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure product knowledge and readiness.
