We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our product initiatives, bridging the gap between product, engineering, and operations teams. You will play a key role in driving product adoption, gathering user feedback, and optimizing operational processes to enhance our delivery network's performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the product team in launching new features and products, ensuring operational readiness.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback from various channels to inform product development.
- Collaborate with operations teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for product processes and operational workflows.
- Assist in user training and onboarding for new product features.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency gains.
