Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate/Lead to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our product lifecycle, from development to launch and ongoing management. You will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to optimize processes, gather insights, and drive product success within the law enforcement and security services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product roadmaps and strategies.
- Manage the product release process, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and internal training materials.
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Support the development and implementation of new product features and enhancements.
