Product Operations Associate / Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate/Lead to join our dynamic team in Nasik. You will work closely with product managers, design, manufacturing, and marketing teams to streamline operations, improve product lifecycle management, and drive product success. This position is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 1-5 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in a growing luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the product management team in defining and executing product roadmaps and strategies.
- Coordinate with design and R&D teams for new product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and manufacturing capabilities.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure timely production, quality control, and inventory management.
- Analyze product performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure seamless collaboration between departments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the preparation of product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Track key operational metrics and report on product performance and project status.
