We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate / Lead with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate, with a 12th Pass education, will be adept at managing operational processes, supporting product launches, and contributing to overall product success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of our telecom products, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction.

Support product teams in launching new features and services by coordinating operational readiness activities.

Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.

Manage and maintain product documentation and operational guides.

Liaise with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to resolve operational issues.

Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives within product operations.

Handle basic data analysis to support product operational decisions.
