Product Operations Associate / Lead role in Chemicals (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate / Lead with 3-4 years of experience to join our Chemicals Business in Vadodara. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our product lifecycle, from development to market. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a strong understanding of operational processes within the chemical industry. You will bridge the gap between product development, sales, and manufacturing, ensuring alignment and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the product management team in executing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing product support.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Monitor product performance metrics, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Manage product-related data and ensure its accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product lifecycle management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to products.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the product operations function.
