We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate / Lead to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of our product offerings within the fast-paced Telecom/ISP industry. As an Associate/Lead, you will work closely with product managers, engineering, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product success from launch to ongoing management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the lifecycle management of telecom products, ensuring timely execution of product roadmaps.
Gather and analyze product performance data, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
Support the development and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and release notes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in product launch activities, including coordination with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Monitor and report on key product metrics and operational performance.
Contribute to the definition and refinement of product operational processes and best practices.
