Product Operations Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and analytical Product Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, and driving product success within our Indian operations. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to enhance product strategy, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable product operations strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate product strategy into operational plans and roadmaps.
- Manage and optimize the product development process, including agile methodologies, release planning, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
- Create and maintain product documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
- Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance product operations efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Support product launches by ensuring operational readiness and effective go-to-market execution.
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
