Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product / Service Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on our banking products and services to employees across various departments. The goal is to enhance product knowledge, service quality, and sales effectiveness, ensuring our staff are well-equipped to serve our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules on HDFC Bank's diverse range of products (e.g., savings accounts, loans, credit cards, investments) and services.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, covering product features, benefits, operational procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and post-training performance monitoring.
- Stay updated on new product launches, regulatory changes, and industry trends to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and address knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to gather information and ensure training alignment.
