Product / Service Trainer

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product/Service Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our employees and clients on our diverse range of software products and services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our teams have the knowledge and skills to effectively support and utilize our offerings, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules for various software products and services.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams (sales, support, development) and external clients, both in-person and remotely.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and best practices in adult learning.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees.
