Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product / Service Trainer to join our esteemed organization. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our engineering and construction products and services to internal teams and external clients across India. This role is crucial in ensuring our workforce and customers are proficient in utilizing our offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations for various engineering and construction products and services.
Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) for employees, channel partners, and customers.
Assess training needs and design curriculum to meet specific business objectives.
Provide hands-on training and support for new product launches and service updates.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with product development, sales, and technical support teams to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
Troubleshoot and resolve any training-related issues or queries.
