Product / Service Trainer

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product / Service Trainer with a strong pharmaceutical background (M.Pharma) to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on our innovative pharmaceutical products and services to internal teams (sales, medical affairs) and external stakeholders (healthcare professionals). This role requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical science, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical information into engaging and effective training modules. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our teams and partners are well-equipped to understand and promote our offerings in the competitive Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and informative training programs for new and existing pharmaceutical products, focusing on their scientific basis, clinical applications, and market positioning.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments, tailored to different audience segments (e.g., sales representatives, medical science liaisons, healthcare professionals).
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high levels of participant engagement and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance monitoring, and iterate on training content and delivery methods accordingly.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements, product updates, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the pharmaceutical industry in India.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert support and answer technical queries from sales teams and healthcare professionals regarding product features, benefits, and usage.
- Contribute to the development of product launch strategies by providing insights into training needs and developing appropriate training plans.
- Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes.
