Job Description
Role Summary: The Product / Service Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for HAL's range of aerospace and defence products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of complex technical systems and the ability to effectively communicate this knowledge to diverse audiences, including engineers, technicians, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations for new and existing products/services.
Conduct training sessions (classroom, on-the-job, virtual) for internal staff and external customers.
Assess training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance evaluations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after training.
Stay current with product updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
Manage training schedules, logistics, and participant records.
