Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product / Service Trainer with 1-2 years of experience and a B.A degree to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs on our chemical products and services to internal teams and external stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales force and distribution partners have the knowledge and skills to effectively represent and sell our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user manuals, and e-learning modules, for various chemical products and services.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams, technical support staff, and channel partners, both in-person and virtually.
- Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement in product knowledge and service delivery.
- Stay updated on product developments, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure training content is relevant and current.
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing product expertise and training support for new product launches.
- Maintain training records and track participant progress.
