Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product / Service Trainer with 1-3 years of experience and a Diploma to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs on our FMCG products and services to our sales force and channel partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to promote and sell our offerings successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on new and existing FMCG products, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, catering to a Diploma-level audience.

Conduct product demonstrations and role-playing exercises to enhance practical understanding and application.

Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance monitoring, and provide constructive feedback to participants.

Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure training content is relevant and accurate.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand training needs and align training programs with business objectives.

Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales teams post-training to reinforce learning and address queries.
