Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong practical understanding of production processes and a commitment to quality, even without a formal degree. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production facilities within the hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities to meet quality and output standards.
Monitor and maintain production equipment, identifying and addressing any operational issues.
Implement and adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards in the production area.
Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food items and supplies.
Assist in inventory management and material procurement for production.
Troubleshoot production-related problems and implement corrective actions.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
