Production Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Engineer to join our team. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production processes within our water and wastewater treatment plants, ensuring efficient operation, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processes, mechanical systems, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and control plant operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
* Implement and enforce safety procedures and environmental regulations.
* Manage raw material inventory and ensure timely procurement.
* Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment.
* Analyze production data and generate reports on plant performance, efficiency, and quality.
* Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to implement process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with quality control standards and product specifications.
* Train and supervise plant operators and technicians.
* Participate in the commissioning and start-up of new equipment and processes.
