Production Engineer

Role Summary:
Fractal Analytics is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The Production Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our data production pipelines and AI/ML models in a live production environment. This role requires a strong understanding of software engineering principles, data management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, including data pipelines, model deployments, and infrastructure.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and updates.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful productionization of AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, systems, and troubleshooting guides.
• Optimize production workflows for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents as needed.
