Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing biopharmaceutical production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and driving efficiency improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of bioprocessing, GMP guidelines, and process validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day biopharmaceutical production operations, including upstream and downstream processing.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production equipment performance and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Participate in process validation activities and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve production challenges.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Generate and review production batch records and reports.
- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to EHS policies.
