Production Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer with a B.Pharma background and 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes within the IT services and consulting domain. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze production system performance, identifying areas for improvement and potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, operations, quality assurance) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT services.
- Implement and manage production processes, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and deployments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of automation strategies to enhance efficiency.
