Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Engineer to join our Oil and Gas division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing oil and gas production, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and contributing to the overall success of our upstream projects. This role involves working closely with field operations, reservoir engineering, and other disciplines to achieve production targets and manage assets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and implement production strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery and meet targets.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with reservoir engineers to understand reservoir performance and production forecasts.
- Oversee artificial lift systems, well completions, and workover operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare production reports, forecasts, and economic evaluations.
- Participate in the planning and execution of field development projects.
