Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role will involve contributing to the optimization of production processes within the oil and gas sector, leveraging design thinking and innovative problem-solving skills. You will work on projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive technological advancements in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize oil and gas production processes using design principles and data-driven insights.
Develop innovative solutions for production challenges, focusing on efficiency, safety, and environmental impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and R&D, to implement process improvements.
Utilize design thinking methodologies to understand user needs and stakeholder requirements in production environments.
Contribute to feasibility studies and technical evaluations of new production technologies and methodologies.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation related to production operations and process improvements.
