Production Engineer (Oil and Gas) (Surat) - 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking a talented and innovative Production Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is crucial for optimizing our oil and gas production processes. While the core of the role is in oil and gas, we are particularly interested in candidates who can bring a fresh, design-thinking perspective to problem-solving, leveraging their B.Des background. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe production operations, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze oil and gas production performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize well productivity and field operations.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (geologists, reservoir engineers, operations) to achieve production targets.
